He always said it’s not who you see, it’s who sees you. I didn’t realize it then, but that front-row seat to his career in financial services was shaping everything I would eventually build. I watched how he showed up, how he carried himself, how his reputation walked into a room before he did.
That little girl picking ties grew up to build an agency exclusively dedicated to making sure financial advisors are seen exactly the way they deserve to be.
Serving as Chief Marketing Officer alongside my dad as Managing Partner for seven years changed everything. I wasn’t just doing marketing, I was discovering what an entire office of 120+ advisors actually needed to show up authentic and consistently online.
That discovery became an obsession. After spending a year fact-finding and defining those needs, I successfully created and launched RADMarketing which started as a subscription program built to streamline and execute marketing initiatives on behalf of advisors, with a primary focus on customized social media content, branding, and the enhancement of client experiences.
Within the first two years, I was overseeing 80+ social media accounts for advisors and districts nationwide.
Today RADMarketing has scaled to work with high-level private client groups, ensemble practices, district offices, and network offices — partnering exclusively with firms and leaders who align with our values and understand that marketing isn’t an expense. It’s an investment in their legacy.
